Interpretation and Governance of Professional Anomie of Township Young PE Teachers
At present,the problem of professional anomie of physical education teachers in China has seriously af-fected the benign development of physical education and school sports.Using the methods of literature,interview and oral account,this paper analyzes the anomie of young PE teachers in villages and towns,and puts forward corresponding suggestions.It is considered that behind the transformation crisis,identity crisis and resignation cri-sis of township young PE teachers,it reflects the deep-seated social problems such as the deviation of sports so-cial values,system concepts and ideal goals.Suggestions:by increasing the investment in educational capital,im-proving the welfare of township teachers,strengthening teachers'professional identity and clarifying the stan-dards for teachers'job promotion,we can manage the professional anomie of township young physical education teachers,standardize the role of physical education teachers and enhance the professional identity of physical edu-cation teachers,so as to promote the long-term benign development of physical education teachers,and move for-ward towards the new blueprint for the development of school physical education.
