New-appropriation,Gro?raum and the Transformation of Warfare Types-Carl Schmitt's Vision of a New Interna-tional Legal Order Based on Spatial Structural Elements
Schmitt opposed universalist abstract international law and world integration,reinterpreted the historical de-velopment and crux of modern international law based on the concepts of appropriation,spatial order and warfare types under the concrete order paradigm.with it as core clues,he predicted three approaches to the construction of new international law.First of all,Schmitt not only investigated the control of the air and its influence,but also dis-cussed two new appropriation fields-industrial and cosmic space,hoping to achieve a new spatial structure equilibri-um through new appropriation.Secondly,between the state and the world integration,the new political entity and the subject of international law-the concept of Großraum is proposed.The balance of forces between Großraum builds a new spatial structure balance and promotes a new multi-dimensional order of Großraum.Finally,through the emphasis on the real enemy and the political concept,and on the premise of the profound understanding of the trans-formation of enmity theory,Schmitt hopes to distinguish the enemies and friends concretely and clearly in the new division of enemies and friends.
