为利用废胶粉(crumb rubber,CR)制备用于多孔沥青混合料(porous asphalt,PA)的高黏改性沥青,通过SBS与CR复合并添加增粘剂与稳定剂制备了高黏改性沥青,根据针入度、软化点、延度和60 ℃动力黏度确定了 SBS与CR的最佳比例及增黏剂用量,并研究了 PA-13的路用性能.结果表明:SBS与胶粉对沥青针入度和软化点具有一定改善作用,然而SBS对沥青延度改善作用有限且胶粉对其有负面影响;SBS与胶粉均能提高沥青的动力黏度,且根据性能推荐高黏改性沥青中SBS、胶粉、增粘剂的用量分别为5.5%、14%、3%;PA-13路用性能测试成果表明自制的高黏改性沥青能够为混合料提供杰出的高低温和水稳定性.此外,与高黏沥青相关文献相比,自制高黏沥青性能优良.
Preparation of SBS and crumb rubber composite modified asphalt and performance evaluation of porous mixture
A high-viscosity modified asphalt for PA(porous asphalt)was prepared using SBS and CR(crumb rubber),as well as tackifiers and stabilizers.The optimal amount of each component was de-termined based on penetration,softening point,ductility and dynamic viscosity at 60 ℃,and the road performance of PA-13 is also studied.The results show that:SBS and CR have a certain positive effect on the penetration and softening point of asphalt,but SBS has limited effect on the ductility of asphalt and CR has a negative effect on ductility,and both SBS and CR can increase the dynamic vis-cosity of asphalt;according to the performance,the dosages of SBS,CR and tackifier in high-viscosity modified asphalt are recommended to be 5.5%,14%and 3%respectively;the road performance re-sults of PA-13 show that the self-made high-viscosity modified asphalt could provide well high-and low-temperature and water stability for the mixture;in addition,compared with the related literature of high-viscosity asphalt,self-made high-viscosity asphalt has good performance.
