高职思政课分众教学法运用探析

摘要
在高职思政课中运用分众教学法,即遵循以人为本原则,根据学生个性特点和思想状况,将学生划分为若干群体,分别设置课堂内容和教学环节.实践中要坚持立德树人、坚持以生为本、坚持因材施教,通过科学精准分众、优化教学设计、创新教学方法、拓展思政课堂,提升思政课教学效果.
Abstract
In the ideological and political courses of higher vocational colleges,the application of focus teaching method follows the principle of people-oriented,divides students into several groups based on their individual characteristics and ideological status,and sets up teaching contents and teaching links respectively.In practice,we must persist in cultivating people with moral integrity,putting students first,and teaching students in accordance with their aptitude.And improve the teaching effect of ideo-logical and political courses through scientific and accurate focusing,optimizing teaching design,inno-vating teaching methods,and expanding ideological and political classrooms.
