摘要
分析临淮岗船闸运行现状,存在通航能力不足、运行管理工作相对复杂、人工调度方式效率低、船闸设备运行维护要求高等问题,提出与临淮岗复线船闸联合运行、完善并执行船闸安全运行管理制度、建立复杂情况下的安全通航应对方案、建立智能远调收费管理系统、加强船闸人才队伍管理等对策,以期促进临淮岗船闸安全运行管理水平.
Abstract
Analyzing the operation status of Linhuaigang Ship Lock,there are problems such as insufficient navigation capacity,relatively complex operation and management work,low efficiency of manual dispatching,and high requirements for operation and maintenance of ship lock equipment,based on this,it is proposed to jointly operate,improve and implement the lock safety with Linhuaigang double-line ship lock,operation man-agement system,establishment of safe navigation response plan under complex situations,establishment of in-telligent remote toll collection management system,strengthening ship lock talent team management and other countermeasures,in order to promote the safe operation and management level of Linhuaigang ship lock.
