基于ESP8266 12-E独立WIFI模块的循迹小车远程调试PID控制系统研究

传统的循迹小车采用有线传输进行实时AD采样,步骤繁琐,限制条件多,实时性较差,时间利用率低.为了方便对循迹小车进行调控,缩短调试步骤及时间,文章提出一种基于ESP8266 12-E组网远程控制的传输方式,通过实时检测电感波动幅度进行PID控制,实现小车实时远程调参;同时基于多辆循迹小车组网通讯,提高了循迹小车调试效率及精准度.
Research on remote debugging PID control system of line-following car based on independent WIFI module ESP8266 12-E
Traditional line-following vehicles use wired transmission for real-time Analog to Digital(AD)sam-pling,which involves cumbersome steps,multiple restrictions,poor real-time performance,and low time utili-zation.In order to facilitate the control of line-following vehicles,shorten the debugging steps and time,this paper proposes a transmission method based on ESP8266 12-E networking remote control.It utilizes real-time detection of inductance fluctuation amplitudes for PID control,enabling real-time remote parameter ad-justment of the vehicle.Moreover,it establishes network communication among multiple line-following vehi-cles to improve the efficiency and precision of vehicle debugging.
