Exploration of teaching reform to enhance the employability of animation majors under the trend of pan-animation
Driven by new technologies and new ideas, the application scenarios of animation are becoming more and more diversified, forming a"pan-animation"trend,and the industry's demand for the employability of animation students has also changed accordingly. In this context, the current teaching of animation majors in universities faces challenges such as lagging knowledge updates, skill training disconnected from market de-mand,and insufficient professional literacy education. In view of these problems, this paper proposes that the traditional"knowledge-oriented"teaching mode should be shifted to a new mode that focuses on the cultivation of students'employability.Combined with relevant cases, the paper introduces strategies such as modular teaching design,"Practical projects based on real industry demands"project practice and strengthening pro-fessional quality education.Through these reforms, the animation major is expected to cultivate more outstand-ing talents to meet the needs of the industry, and promote the quality improvement of animation education and the sustainable and healthy development of the industry.
