Abstract
By constructing the"four-dimensional integrated"career planning and employment education and guid-ance system,establishing the long-term mechanism of helping university students with career planning and employ-ment guidance,improving the refinement,scientific and professional level of employment guidance service,and ef-fectively enhancing the effectiveness of university students'career planning and employment guidance.
