文章通过对安徽省人口相关数据进行分析,具体阐述了人口老龄化背景下安徽省劳动力资源开发面临的困境,包括劳动力资源供给短缺、劳动力年龄结构老化、老年人力资源开发水平低、劳动者就业结构转变、养老服务人才供给不足以及劳动力流失严重等问题.从调整人口政策、提升人力资本积累、充分开发利用老年人力资源、促进养老服务产业发展、提高养老服务人才有效供给、壮大新兴产业发展等6个方面进行对策研究.
The dilemma and countermeasures of labor resource development in Anhui Province under the background of population aging
Based on the analysis of the relevant data of Anhui Province's population,this paper elaborates the difficulties facing the development of labor resources in Anhui Province under the background of population ag-ing,including the shortage of labor resources supply,the aging age structure of the labor force,the low level of the development of elderly human resources,the transformation of the employment structure of workers,the shortage of supply of elderly service talents and the serious loss of labor force.The countermeasures are studied from six aspects:adjusting population policy,improving human capital accumulation,fully developing and uti-lizing elderly human resources,promoting the development of elderly service industry,improving the effective supply of elderly service talents,and strengthening the development of emerging industries.
