农村项目资产运营管理存在问题及对策探析

摘要
农村项目资产在脱贫地区从打赢脱贫攻坚战到建设宜居宜业和美乡村等不同时期发挥着重要作用,但是在资产运营推进过程中也存在着不容忽视的问题.通过对潜山市叶河村项目资产进行分析,探讨当前农村项目资产后续运营管理存在问题及对策建议.
Abstract
Rural project assets play an important role in poverty-stricken areas from winning the battle against poverty to building liveable,employable and beautiful villages during different periods,but there are also problems that can not be ignored in the process.Through the analysis of the project assets in Yehe Village of Qianshan City,this paper discusses the problems existing in the follow-up operation and management of the ru-ral project assets and puts forward some countermeasures.
