治理现代化视角下合肥生态城市建设路径探析

摘要
推进生态城市建设是践行新时代"人民城市"理念的必然要求,更是实现城市可持续发展的必由之路."十三五"期间,合肥在蓝天碧水净土保卫战、经济结构绿色化、城市品质提升等领域取得显著成效,但仍存在一些难题或短板.从治理现代化视角来看,合肥市应在完善工作机制、持续强化生态环境治理、推动跨区域生态协同治理等方面,进一步探索生态城市建设优化路径,以深入推进城市生态治理体系和治理能力现代化.
Abstract
Promoting the eco-city construction is an inevitable requirement to practice the concept of"people's city"in the new era,and it is the only way to achieve sustainable urban development.During the"13th Five-Year Plan"period,Hefei has achieved remarkable results in the defense battle of"blue sky,clear water and pure land",green economic structure,urban quality improvement and other fields,but there are still some diffi-culties or shortcomings.From the perspective of governance modernization,Hefei should further explore the optimization path of eco-city construction in improving the working mechanism,continuously strengthening eco-logical environment governance,and promoting cross-regional ecological collaborative governance,in order to further promote the modernization of urban ecological governance system and governance capacity.
