摘要
农村水系治理是实现乡村振兴的关键环节.文章通过梳理水美乡村建设存在的问题,结合实际情况,提出水美乡村规划设计思路及原则,从水系生境重塑、水系精细化管养、水系分类施策等方面提出治理措施.
Abstract
Rural water system governance is a key link in achieving rural revitalization.This article summarizes the problems in the construction of water-beauty countryside,and proposes the planning and design ideas and principles of water beautiful rural areas based on actual situations.Governance measures are proposed from the aspects of reshaping water habitats,fine management and maintenance of water systems,implementing water system classification policies,etc.
