基于技能大师工作室的BIM人才培养模式探析

摘要
针对BIM行业人才数量不足和质量不高的问题,文章基于技能大师工作室,提出一种以标准引领,产教融合,岗课赛证融通为路径的BIM人才培养模式.该模式在培养BIM复合型人才,提升BIM行业人才质量,带动BIM行业技术进步和促进建筑业转型升级等方面发挥积极作用.
Abstract
Focusing on the problem of insufficient quantity and low quality of talents in BIM industry,this paper puts forward a BIM talent cultivation mode based on the skill master studio with the path of standard leading,integration of industry and education,and the integration of post-course,competition and certificate.The model plays a positive role in cultivating BIM composite talents,improving the quality of talents in the BIM industry,driving the technological progress of the BIM industry and promoting the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry.
