水利院校综合实训中心建设与发展探讨

摘要
以安徽水利水电职业技术学院水利综合实训中心为例,从实训中心的定位与目标、设计原则、建设项目等方面介绍了水利院校综合实训中心的建设,实践表明,建设方法使院校学生就业率、用人单位满意度、薪资水平得到了显著提升.
Abstract
Taking the water conservancy comprehensive training center of Anhui Technical College of Water Resources and Hydroeleclric Power as an example,this paper introduces the construction principles of the comprehensive training center of water conservancy colleges from the aspects of the positioning and objectives of the training center,design principles and construction projects,etc.Practice shows that the construction in-vestment of the comprehensive training center has significantly improved the employment rate of students in wa-ter conservancy colleges,employer satisfaction and salary level.
