摘要
共情能力是一种亲社会行为,是大学生应具备的心理素养.培养大学生共情能力不仅能够涵养大学生的心理品质,而且有助于增强高校思想政治教育的亲和力,也有利于促进人们积极践行社会主义核心价值观,构建和谐友好的现代化文明社会.当前,高校大学生共情能力处于中等偏上水平,但受到个人、学校、家庭和社会等诸多因素影响,大学生的共情能力在不同性别、专业、生源地等变量上还存在显著差异,这需要构建"大学生自觉培养、高校重点教育、家庭积极配合、社会全力支持"的四位主体、协同作用的大学生共情能力培养和提升体系,以促进大学生身心全面和谐发展.
Abstract
Empathy ability is a kind of prosocial behavior,which is the psychological quality that college students should possess.Cultivating college students'empathy ability can not only cultivate their psychological quality,but also help to enhance the affinity of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and promote people to actively practice socialist core values and build a harmonious and friendly modem civi-lized society.At present,college students'empathy ability is above the average level,but influenced by many factors such as individuals,schools,families and society,college students'empathy ability still has significant differences in variables such as gender,major and place of origin.It is necessary to build a system of cultiva-tion and enhancement of college students'empathic ability,which consists of four subjects,namely"college students'conscious cultivation,key education in colleges and universities,active cooperation from families,and full support from society",so as to promote the comprehensive and harmonious development of college students'physical and mental abilities.
