摘要
文章在分析新时代大学生教育管理的困境基础上,探寻老子"水性管理思想"之于高校教育管理的作用.结果表明,"水性管理思想"对新时代大学生教育工作者管理素养、管理目标、管理方法等方面的发展改进具有重要的启示意义,能促进新时代高校"以人为本、以生为本"教育管理理念的有效落实.
Abstract
Based on the analysis of the predicament of college students'education management in the new era,this paper explores the role of Laozi's"water-based management thought"in college education management.The results show that the"water-based thought"is of great significance to the development and improvement of the management literacy,management objectives and management methods of the college students in the new era,It can promote effective implementation of"people-oriented"and"student-oriented"philosophy of educa-tional management in colleges.
