摘要
工匠精神视域下高职院校开展劳动教育,对于落实立德树人根本任务、培育社会主义核心价值观、提高大学生就业竞争力等有着多方面现实意义.文章提出高职院校通过构建进阶式劳动教育课程体系、搭建专兼职结构化师资队伍、营造劳动育人校园氛围、以现代学徒制构建校企协同劳动教育体系等创新劳动教育路径,培养学生新时代工匠精神.
Abstract
To carry out labor education in higher vocational colleges from the perspective of craftsmanship is of practical significance in many aspects,such as carrying out the fundamental task of setting up morality and cultivating people,cultivating socialist core values,and improving the employment competitiveness of college students.Higher vocational colleges innovate the way of labor education by constructing the advanced labor education curriculum system,building the full-time and part-time structured teaching staff,creating the cam-pus atmosphere of labor education,and constructing the school-enterprise cooperative labor education system with the modem apprenticeship system,cultivate students'craftsmanship in the new era.
