Design and practice of college English teaching in the production-oriented approach under the background of curriculum ideological and political education
The English course is both instrumental and humanistic,which plays an important role in educating people.How to effectively integrate ideological and political education into college English courses is a ques-tion that the author has been thinking about.This study aims to apply the production-oriented approach(POA)theory to the teaching framework of ideological and political education within college English courses.The study's findings demonstrate that a college English course based on the POA can effectively stimulate students'study enthusiasm,integrating language knowledge and ideological and political education appropri-ately.It can bring some valuable inspiration to college English teaching.
