摘要
儿童HIV感染者处于生长发育时期,相较于成人抗逆转录病毒治疗(ART)时间更久,治疗失败对生命质量的影响相较于成人更严重.尽管我国儿童ART工作已取得一定成效,但儿童HIV感染者仍然面临进一步提高生存率和长期生存质量等问题.本文就我国儿童HIV感染者ART效果研究的文献进行综述.
Abstract
HIV-infected children are in a critical period of growth stage,and take longer to receive antiretroviral therapy(ART)than adults,and the impact of treatment failure on quality of life is more serious than that of adults.Despite the a-chievements in ART for HIV-infected children in China,they are still facing challenges in improving the survival rate and long-term life quality.This paper presents a literature review on the study of the effectiveness research in ART for HIV-in-fected children in China.
