摘要
新型冠状病毒感染(COVID-19)给世界经济和卫生保健服务带来了前所未有的挑战.基于模型的传染病预测预警研究已成为公共卫生系统关注的热点,世界各地的研究者都在利用数学、统计学、算法与算力、深度学习方法和模型对COVID-19的演变进行预测预警.本文对5种常用的COVID-19预测模型进行综述,为后续政策制定和COVID-19疫情防控提供科学依据.
Abstract
The coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic has brought unprecedented challenges to the world's econo-my and healthcare services.The research on infectious disease prediction and early warning based on models has become a hot topic in public health systems.Researchers around the world are using various mathematical,statistical,computational,deep learning methods and models to predict the evolution of COVID-19.This article reviews five commonly used COVID-19 prediction models,providing a scientific basis for subsequent policy-making and COVID-19 epidemic prevention and con-trol.
