摘要
目的 分析2007-2022年安徽省淮河流域癌症早诊早治项目筛查结果,为优化癌症防治工作提供科学依据.方法 整理2007-2022年安徽省淮河流域癌症早诊早治项目筛查数据,按年份及项目地区分别计算不同癌种的检出率、早诊率、治疗率等.结果 2007-2022年安徽省共完成临床筛查174 611人次,平均检出率、早诊率、治疗率分别为0.64％、66.22％、93.53％.上消化道癌临床筛查50 970人次,检出率、早诊率、治疗率分别为0.69％、67.71％、96.86％;肝癌临床筛查123 641人次,检出率、早诊率、治疗率分别为0.62％、65.53％、92.01％.结论 安徽省淮河流域癌症早诊早治项目筛查工作初见成效,但仍需加强科普宣传和技术培训,助力项目高质量发展.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the results of cancer screening program in Huaihe River Basin of Anhui Province from 2007 to 2022,so as to provide scientific basis for optimizing cancer prevention and treatment.Methods The data of cancer screening program in Huaihe River Basin of Anhui Province from 2007 to 2022 were collected.The detection rates,early stage diagnosis rates and treatment rates of different cancer types were calculated by year and program area.Results From 2007 to 2022,a total of 174 611 residents were screened in the program,with average detection rate,early stage diagnosis rate and treatment rate of 0.64％,66.22％and 93.53％,respectively.50 970 residents received screening for upper gastro-intestinal cancer,and the detection rate,early stage diagnosis rate and treatment rate were 0.69％,67.71％and 96.86％,respectively.123 641 residents received screening for liver cancer,and the detection rate,early stage diagnosis rate and treatment rate were 0.62％,65.53％and 92.01％,respectively.Conclusion The cancer screening program in Huaihe Riv-er Basin of Anhui Province has achieved initial results.However,it is necessary to strengthen publicity and technical train-ing to promote the high-quality development of the program.
