安徽省2012-2022年全民健康生活方式行动健康支持性环境建设情况分析

摘要
目的 分析2012-2022年安徽省全民健康生活方式行动各类健康支持性环境建设水平的变化趋势及地区差异,为评价健康支持性环境建设效果提供参考.方法 利用全民健康生活方式行动工作信息管理系统,截取2012-2022年安徽省各类健康支持性环境的建设数据.采用Excel 2019和SAS 9.4处理分析,使用描述性分析方法分析健康支持性环境构成与分布.结果 2012-2022年安徽省各类健康支持性环境建设累计3 942个,其中健康家庭913个、健康加油(小屋)658个、健康社区652个、健康单位414个、健康学校352个、健康步道245条、健康食堂222个、健康餐厅200个、健康主题公园176个、健康街区(一条街)45个、健康超市3个.各市健康支持性环境创建水平存在差异,健康支持性环境数量的中位数为171个,最大值为1 028个,最小值为64个.结论 安徽省健康支持性环境累计数量呈逐年上升趋势,但不同年度新增数量有差别且不同类型健康支持性环境的建设水平也存在差异,各市健康支持性环境的建设水平不平衡差异化明显.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the trend and regional differences of various health supportive environment construction levels in Anhui Province's China Healthy Lifestyle for All campaign from 2012 to 2022,and provide reference for evalua-ting the effectiveness of health supportive environment construction.Methods Information Management System of China Healthy Lifestyle for All was used for collecting construction data of various kinds of health supportive environment in Anhui Province from 2012 to 2022.Excel 2019 and SAS 9.4 were applied for data processing and analyzing,descriptive analysis method was used to describe the structure and distribution of health supportive environments.Results From 2012 to 2022,a total of 3 942 health supportive environments were established in Anhui Province,including 913 healthy families,658 healthy cabins,652 healthy communities,414 healthy units,352 health promoting schools,245 healthy trails,222 healthy canteens,200 healthy restaurants,176 healthy theme parks,45 healthy blocks/healthy streets and 3 healthy markets.There were differences in the level of creating healthy supportive environments among cities.The median number of health support-ive environments was 171,the maximum number was 1 028,and the minimum number was 64.Conclusion The cumulative number of health supportive environments in Anhui Province showed an upward trend year by year,but there are differences in the number of new additions in different years,and the construction level of different types of health supportive environ-ments also varies.Also,the construction level of health supportive environments in different cities is unbalanced and signifi-cantly differentiated.
