碳酸根体系-离子色谱法同时测定生活饮用水中二氯乙酸和三氯乙酸

目的 建立碳酸根淋洗液体系-离子色谱法同时测定生活饮用水中二氯乙酸(DCAA)和三氯乙酸(TCAA).方法 水样经0.22 µm水相微孔滤膜前处理,以4.0 mmol/L碳酸钠溶液为淋洗液,AS23型阴离子分析柱分离,等梯度洗脱,电导检测器检测.结果 DCAA和TCAA线性方程分别为y=1.495x+0.001(r=0.998)和y=1.112x-0.007(r=0.998);相对标准偏差(RSD)为 0.57%~7.17%,回收率为 98.7%~99.6%,检出限分别为 0.000 20 mg/L和0.000 50 mg/L,定量限分别为0.000 80 mg/L和0.002 0 mg/L.结论 该方法样品前处理简单,操作简便,适用生活饮用水中DCAA和TCAA的检测.
Simultaneous determination of dichloroacetic acid and trichloroacetic acid in drinking water by carbonate system ion chromatography
Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of dichloroacetic acid(DCAA)and trichloro-acetic acid(TCAA)in drinking water by carbonate system ion chromatography.Methods The water samples were pretrea-ted with 0.22 µm aqueous microporous filtration membrane.The separation was carried out on an AS23 anion analyzer col-umn with 4.0 mmol/L sodium carbonate solution as eluent and isogradient elution.Using a conductivity detector for detec-tion.Results The linear equations of DCAA and TCAA were y=1.495x+0.001(r=0.998)and y=1.112x-0.007(r=0.998),respectively.The relative standard deviations(RSD)were 0.57%-7.17%.The recovery rates were 98.7%-99.6%.The detection limits were 0.000 20 mg/L and 0.000 50 mg/L,and the quantification limits were 0.000 80 mg/L and 0.002 0 mg/L,respectively.Conclusion The method is easy to operate and the sample pre-treatment is simple.It is suit-able for the detection of DCAA and TCAA in drinking water.
