纳米二氧化硅致肺损伤作用的研究进展

纳米二氧化硅(SiNPs)被广泛用于农业生产、生物医药和建筑建材等领域,人群暴露的风险逐渐增加.研究表明,SiNPs会导致肺损伤,对其他脏器也存在潜在毒性,但其毒性机制尚未完全阐明.本文围绕SiNPs的特征、暴露环境和呼吸道暴露SiNPs致肺损伤的毒性机制进行综述.
Research progress of silica nanoparticles effects on lung-injurious
With the widespread use of silica nanoparticles(SiNPs)in agriculture,biomedicine and building materials,the risk of its population exposure are increasing.Many studies have shown that SiNPs could cause lung damage and are poten-tially toxic to other organs.However,the mechanisms of its toxicity has not been fully elucidated.The present review summa-rizes the characteristics of SiNPs and its environmental exposure and illustrates the toxicity mechanism of lung injury caused by respiratory exposure of SiNPs.
