摘要
目的 了解江苏省句容市重点场所消毒质量,为开展常态化消毒工作提供科学依据.方法 按照《消毒监测与评价工作手册(2022年版)》对2022年句容市重点场所进行采样与检测,计算合格率,采用 SPSS 22.0进行统计学分析.结果 共采集样本1 002份,消毒质量总体合格率为92.91％,其中幼托机构为96.94％(190/196)、养老机构为 88.50％(177/200)、超市为 93.50％(187/200)、宾馆为 99.00％(198/200)、医疗机构为 86.89％(179/206),差异有统计学意义(x2=33.440,P＜0.001).结论 句容市重点场所消毒质量总体合格率较高,建议加强消毒培训与指导,同时尽快出台幼托机构、养老机构和医疗用水等消毒相关的卫生标准和规范.
Abstract
Objective To learn the disinfection quality of key regions in Jurong City,Jiangsu Province,and provide a scien-tific basis for normalized disinfection work.Methods Sample collection and detection of key places in Jurong City in 2022 were carried out based on the Disinfection Monitoring and Evaluation Work Manual(2022 Edition).The qualified rate of disinfection quality was calculated,and statistical analysis was performed by using SPSS 22.0 software.Results A total of 1 002 samples were collected and the overall qualified rate for disinfection quality was 92.91％.The qualified rate of nursery institutions,elderly care institutions,supermarkets,guesthouses,and medical institutions was 96.94％(190/196),88.50％(177/200),93.50％(187/200),99.00％(198/200),86.89％(179/206),respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(x2=33.440,P＜0.001).Conclusion The overall qualified rate of disinfection quality of key places in Jurong City is at a relatively high level.It is highly suggested that training and guidance on disinfection should be strengthened.It is recommended that disinfection-related health standards and norms for kindergarten,elderly care institutions,and medical wa-ter should be introduced as soon as possible.
