Analysis of the current operation status of the"Double Random"supervision mechanism for health supervision in Sanshan Economic Development Zone,Wuhu City
Objective To analyze the"double random"supervision data of the Sanshan Economic Development Zone in Wuhu City,understand the current operation status and existing problems of the"double random"supervision mechanism,and provide the scientific basis for improving the"double random"supervision mechanism of health supervision.Methods Comparative analysis was conducted on the"double random"supervision sampling data and daily supervision data of health supervision in Sanshan Economic Development Zone,Wuhu City from 2019 to 2023.Relevant indicators were calculated and statistically analyzed using SPSS 25.0.Results From 2019 to 2023,the"double random"supervision tasks in Sanshan E-conomic Development Zone,Wuhu City were 179 households,with 177 households supervised.The task completion rate was 98.89%,and the average task extraction ratio was 8.70%.The workload accounted for 5.25%of the overall supervision workload,with a supervision qualification rate of 14.12%.There were 21 penalty cases and a punishment rate of 13.82%.From 2019 to 2023,the daily supervision of 3 197 households in the Sanshan Economic Development Zone resulted in 1 045 households passing the inspection,with a qualification rate of 32.69%.There were 72 penalty cases,with a punishment rate of 3.35%.Conclusion Although the"double random"regulatory mechanism can improve regulatory efficiency,there are still certain problems and shortcomings in the implementation process at the grassroots level,which need to be continuously adjusted and optimized.
