Objective To understand the current situation of disinfection work in key places in Xifeng County,Guizhou Province and provide a basis for improving disinfection quality.Methods Disinfection quality monitoring was carried out in key locations in Xifeng County from November 2022 to December 2023.Samples were collected and the total number of bac-teria was detected.Statistical analysis was analysed using SPSS 25.0.Results From 2022 to 2023,a total of 10 key loca-tions in Xifeng County were surveyed,with 1 500 samples collected and 1 348 qualified,with a sample qualification rate of 89.87％.The qualified rates of samples from different places were 94.40％in hotels,94.00％in medical institutions,93.67％in childcare institutions,90.00％in elderly care institutions,and 75.00％in shopping malls.The qualification rates of different types of samples were 99.52％for cotton fabrics,90.58％for meals and cups,89.25％for environmental i-tems,84.61％for water,and 76.42％for sanitary hands.Conclusion The disinfection quality of key places in Xifeng County is average,and further supervision and monitoring of disinfection quality in key places need to be strengthened.
