摘要
抗逆转录病毒治疗(ART)能抑制HIV感染者/AIDS病病人HIV/AIDS病毒载量、降低死亡和二代传播风险,而停药和依从性降低影响ART效果.我国艾滋病防治策略取得了一定成效,但仍然面临脱失和耐药的问题.本文对我国成年HIV/AIDS ART研究进行文献综述.
Abstract
Antiretroviral therapy(ART)can suppress HIV/AIDS patients viral load,reduce the risk of death and secondary transmission,while discontinuation and reduced compliance can affect the effectiveness of ART.China's AIDS prevention and control strategy has achieved a certain effect,but it still faces the problem of deactivation and drug resistance.This arti-cle provides the literature review on adult HIV/AIDS patients ART research in China.
