Objective To clarify the cognition,medical seeking and compliance behavior of perimenopausal outpatients and analyze the influencing factors,so as to provide a basis for the construction of medical-health care-nursing management plan for perimenopausaloutpa-tients.Methods A total of 376 perimenopausal women from the Department of Menopause health clinic of a tertiary hospital in Chongqing were selected by convenience sampling method from March 2022 to March 2023.General data questionnaire,Perimenopausal Cognition and Behavior Questionnaire,modified Kupperman rating scale,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),and self-rating depression scale(SDS)were used to investigate the factors affecting the cognition and behavior status of perimenopausal outpatients.Results Among 376 perimenopausal outpa-tients,the prevalence of perimenopausal syndrome was 71.80%,and the cognitive and behavioral scores were(82.02±8.34).The cognitive and behavioral scores of perimenopausal outpatients were(82.02±8.34)points,Multiple linear regression analysis showed that education level(β=3.439,P<0.001),illness degree(β=2.124,P<0.001),employmentstatus(β=-1.979,P=0.006),depression degree(β=-1.028,P=0.005)were the in-fluencing factors of cognition and behavior in perimenopausal outpatients.A total of 30.8%of the total variation level was explained(F=21.912,P<0.001).Conclusions The cognitive and behavioral levels of perimenopausal outpatients are uneven.Education level,disease severity,on-the-job status and psychological factors are the key factors affecting the cognitive behavior and medical treatment compliance behavior of peri-menopausal outpatients.
