虎仗中有效成分大黄素的提取工艺研究

摘要
目的 确定中药虎仗有效成分大黄素的提取方法;方法 采用高效液相法测定大黄素的含量,通过正交实验,了解不同醇浓度、浸渍时间和流速对虎仗浸膏中大黄素含量的影响;结果 70 %的乙醇浓度、浸渍36 h大黄素含量最高;结论 醇浓度和浸渍时间对虎仗中有效成分大黄素含量的影响具有显著意义,流速对其影响不大.
Abstract
Aim To study the extract method of effective ingredient emodin in polygonum cuspistum. Method The content of emodin in polygonum cuspistum was determined by HPLC. We inspected the effect of different alcohol concentration, extract time and the flow rate for the content of emodin in extractum polygonum cuspistum with orthogonal trial. Results The yield rate of the extractum polygonum cuspistum and the content of emodin is the most effective degree while the condition is 70% alchol concentration, 36h each time for extraction. Conclusion It is most significant that alcohol concentration and extract time have an effect on the yield rate of the extractum polygonum cuspistum and the content of emodin. The flow rate is of little importance.
