Determination of paeonol in guizhifuling pills by HPLC
Aim To establish an HPLC method for determining paeonol in guizhifuling. Methods The determination was conducted on a kromasil C18 column(4.6 mm × 150 mm,5μm)with acetonitrile-water (30:70) as a mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1, with detection wavelength at 274 ran at a room temperature of 25℃. Results Paeonol showed good linear relationship in the range of 5.02~50.20 mg·L-1.The average recovery was 96.92%. Conclusion This simple, accurate and reproducible method can be used for the quality control.
