Application and analysis of psychotropic substances of categoryⅡ in outpatients of hefei fourth people's hospital
Aim To investigate the application of psychotropic substances of category Ⅱ to outpatients of Hefei Fourth People's Hospital. Methods Outpatient clinic prescriptions were classified and analyzed, which included 16875 pieces of OPD prescriptions hetween January and December in 2007 in Hefei Fourth People's Hospital, with the guideline of Defined Daily Dose ( DDD) and Drug Utilizeation Index (DUI)as indexes. Result DUIs of all psychotropic substances of category Ⅱ used in the hospital is less than 1.0 or equal to 1.0. Conclusion The application of the psychotropic substances of category Ⅱ in Hefei Fourth People's Hospital is quite reasonable.
