摘要

目的 研究汉防己甲素自微乳的制备.方法 通过考察汉防己甲素在不同介质中的溶解度,采用伪三元相图法制备汉防己甲素自微乳,利用自微乳化效率和载药量考察,筛选最佳处方.结果 汉防己甲素自微乳化制剂的处方为:乳化剂OP-10:异丙醇:油酸:油酸乙酯=4:8:1.5:1.5.结论 汉防己甲素自微乳载药量为33.31 g·L-1,处方切实可行,性质稳定.

Abstract

Aim To explore the preparation technology of the tetrandrine self-microemulsifying drug delivery system (SMEDDS). Methods The equilibrium solubility of tetrandrine in different mediums was investigated. Tetrandrine self-microemulsion was prepared through the pseudo ternary phase diagram. The self-microemulsion formula was optimized by studying the self-microemulsifying efficiency and the satisfying solubility. Results The optimal self-microemulsion formula was composed of emulsifier OP,isopropyl alcohol and the compounds of oleic acid and ethyl oleate. The ratio of them was 4:8:1.5:1.5. Conclusion The optimal self-microemulsion formula is accurate and reliable. The satisfying solubility is 33.31 g·L-1 ,with good stability.
