摘要
目的 应用近红外漫反射技术对中成药"三七片"建立判别模型,快速有效筛选假冒品.方法 收集不同厂家正品近红外漫反射光谱,在OPUS软件中应用一致性检验模型设置模块建立三七片一致性检验模型.结果 利用该一致性检验模型能够准确区分三七片同其4批假冒品.结论 该文建立的检验模型简单、快速、有效,能应用于三七片的日常监督打假.
Abstract
Aim To establish the conformity test model for Chinese medicine" sanqi" tablets. Methods Near infrared spectral scan was used to set up the conformity test model by the OPUS software with 16 collected products and 4 counterfeits microscopic examination and HPLC were employed to verify the model. Results It could accurately distinguish sanqi tablets with counterfeit products by the conformity test model. Conclusion The estahlished model is simple , rapid, effective and suitable for the daily supervision of sanqi tablets.
