摘要
目的 探讨CA125、CA72-4、CA19-9及联合检测在子宫内膜癌诊断中的价值.方法 采用电化学发光方法检测血清CA125、CA72-4、CA19-9.结果 子宫内膜癌组CA125、CA72-4,炎症反应组CA125阳性率显著高于正常对照(P<0.05);子宫内膜癌CA125的阳性率显著高于炎症反应和平滑肌瘤(P<0.05);CA125的ROC曲线下面积显著高于CA72-4、CA19-9(P<0.05),CA72-4与CA19-9的ROC曲线下面积差别无显著性(P>0.05).结论 CA125对子宫内膜癌的诊断优于CA72-4和CA19-9,联合检测有助于子宫内膜癌的诊断.
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the value of CA125,CA72-4,CA19-9 and the combined detection in diagnosis of endometrial cancer. Methods Electrochemil- uminescence assay of Roche group was employed to detect serum CA125,CA72-4,CA19-9. Results Positive rates of CA125,CA72-4 in patient with endometrial cancer, CA125 in patient with inflammatory reaction were significantly higher than those in health control ( P <0.05 ) and positive rates of CA125 in patient with endometrial cancer was significantly higher than those in patient with leiomyoma and inflammatory reaction ( P <0. 05 ). The area under curve of CA125 was significant by higher than those of CA72-4 and CA19-9 ( P <0.05 ) and there was no significant difference between CA724 and CA19-9 ( P > 0. 05 ). Conclusion CA125 is more useful than CA72-4 and CA19-9 in the diagnosis of endometrial cancer. The combined detection is useful in the diagnosis of endometrial cancer.
