摘要
中药镇痛活性成分大部分具有一定的透皮性能，但多数药物单纯透皮不能完全达到疾病的治疗量，有必要采用一些特殊手段来改善其透皮特性；对中药有效镇痛成分如生物碱类、黄酮类、挥发油类、皂苷类等进行现代实验研究，对寻找新的止痛中药具有广泛的指导作用。
Abstract
Lots of the Chinese analgesia active ingredients have the transdermal performance,but most of them can not fully achieve therapeutic effects.It is necessary to adopt some special methods to improve the transdermal characteristics.To use the modern experi-mental approach to analyze compositions of alkaloids,flavonoids,volatile oils,saponins,etc.in Chinese medicine can provide a guide for search for new traditional Chinese medicine used for analgesia.
