Objective To evaluate the clinical utilization of Shuganning injection in a tumor hospital and to provide a reference basis for the standardization use of clinical medicines on patients. Methods Fifty cases treated with Shuganning injection from July 2015 to June 2016 were randomly collected by PASS PharmAssist,which data were reviewed and analyzed on indication,administration,solvent, course of treatment and drug combination. Results The unreasonable utilization of Shuganning injection includes over adaptation,un-der dosage of solvent and inappropriate of drug combination and so on. Conclusions The irrational utilization of Shuganning injection among tumor hospital inpatients is serious. The hospital should strengthen the intervention of Shuganning injection and promote the ra-tional use of Shuganning injection.
