Research progress of radiomics in tumor microenvironment and immunotherapy of non-small cell lung cancer
Non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)is the most common histological type of lung cancer. In recent years, with the rise of immunotherapy, some patients with non-small cell lung cancer who are inoperable or ineffective to targeted therapy have obtained the opportunity to prolong their survival time.Meanwhile, the effect of immunotherapy is uncertain due to the influence of tumor microenvi-ronment.Therefore,a new approach to monitor the effects of immunotherapy and changes in tumor microenvironment is urgently need-ed.Radiomics can analyze medical images noninvasively,in real time and quantitatively to reflect the deeper information of disease. It has been widely used in the fields of disease diagnosis and differential diagnosis, tumor staging and grading, efficacy evaluation and prognosis prediction. This article reviews the research progress of radiomics in tumor microenvironment and immunotherapy of NSCLC.
