Influences of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with fasudil on blood flow of dorsalis pedis artery,intermittent claudication distance and 6-keto-PGF1α level in patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans
Objective To investigate the influences of Xuefu Zhuyu decoction combined with fasudil on blood flow of dorsalis pedis artery,intermittent claudication distance and 6-keto-prostaglandin F1α(6-keto-PGF1α)level in patients with lower extremity arterioscle-rosis obliterans(ASO).Methods From January 2017 to June 2022,90 patients with ASO of lower limbs were selected from Shijia-zhuang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital,the patients were randomly divided into control group(45 cases,treated with fasudil)and treatment group(45 cases,treated with fasudil combined with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction).The clinical efficacy,blood flow of dorsalis pedis artery,intermittent claudication distance and serum 6-keto-PGF1α level were compared between the two groups.Results The to-tal effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,which was higher than 75.56%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of intermittent claudication in the two groups decreased compared with that before treatment,and that in the treatment group de-creased more obviously(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum 6-keto-PGF1α level and limping distance in both groups were increased compared with those before treatment,and the increases in the treatment group were more obvious(P<0.05).After treatment,the diame-ter,peak velocity and blood flow of blood vessels in the two groups were obviously improved,and the treatment group were obviously better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of lower limb ASO patients with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction and re-duced combination of shudil has good safety,which can improve the blood flow of the dorsal foot artery,intermittent claudication dis-tance,and 6-keto-PGF1 α level.
