基于数字经济的乡村旅游高质量发展评价研究

摘要
为研究我国乡村经济高质量发展水平,从社会、经济、生态三个方面构建了包含3个一级指标、6个二级指标的评价指标体系.通过熵值法计算指标权重值得到评价总分,结果表明:(1)从指标权重值来看,经济效益、生态效益、社会效益所对应的权重值分别为0.493、0.282和0.225,对比权重值的大小可以发现,经济效益的权重值最大,说明经济效益是乡村旅游经济发展的第一要素,是乡村旅游经济发展的关键.(2)从整体上来看,我国东部地区的乡村旅游经济发展水平略高于中部和西部地区,西部地区的发展水平较低.(3)我国乡村经济高质量发展水平2014-2021年整体上呈现上升趋势,且在2020年上升明显,可能原因在于受新冠疫情影响,我国居民跨省旅游率显著降低,大部分居民选择就近出行,直接推动了乡村旅游经济的发展.
Abstract
In order to study the high quality development level of rural economy in our country,an evaluation index system consisting of 3 first level indexes and 6 second level indexes is set up from three aspects of society,economy and ecology.The entropy method was used to calculate the index weight value to get the total score of the evaluation.The research found that:(1)From the perspective of index weight val-ue,the weights corresponding to economic benefit,ecological benefit and social benefit are 0.493,0.282 and 0.225 respectively.By compar-ing the weights,it can be found that the weights of economic benefit are the largest,indicating that economic benefit is the first factor and the key to the development of rural tourism economy.(2)On the whole,the development level of rural tourism economy in the eastern region is slightly higher than that in the central and western areas,and the development level of the western region is relatively low.(3)The high-quality development level of China's rural economy shows an overall upward trend from 2014 to 2021,and it will increase significantly in 2020.The possible reason is that affected by the novel coronavirus epidemic,the inter-provincial tourism rate of Chinese residents decreas-es significantly,and most residents choose to travel to the nearby area,which results in the blowout growth of rural tourism economy.
