财经类高校特色化发展比较与建设路径研究

摘要
财经类高校是高等教育体系中的重要群体,特色化发展是财经类高校赖以生存与持续发展的重要源泉、内在要求和未来走向.从治学方略、办学理念、办学定位、人才培养目标、学科布局等维度对财经类高校的特色化发展进行比较分析,构建财经类高校特色化发展建设路径:科学做好顶层设计,推进学校办学特色的系统谋划;构建基础坚实、优势学科突出、交叉融合的学科生态体系;创新人才培养模式,彰显财经人才培养特色;整合内外部资源,打造特色化发展的共享协同创新平台.
Abstract
Financial and economic universities are an important group in the higher education system.Characteristic development has become an important source,internal requirements and future trend for the survival and sustainable development of Financial and eco-nomic universities.The paper compares the distinctive development of financial and economic universities from the dimensions of aca-demic strategy,educational philosophy,educational positioning,talent training goals,and disciplinary layout.The characteristic devel-opment and construction path of financial and economic universities lies in the following aspects:scientifically carry out top-level de-sign and promote the systematic planning of school characteristics;Build a discipline ecosystem with solid foundation,prominent advan-tageous disciplines and cross integration;Innovate the talent training mode and highlight the characteristics of financial talent training;Integrate internal and external resources to create a sharing and collaborative innovation platform for characteristic development.
