铸牢中华民族共同体意识作为新时代民族工作的主线和"纲"，为民族地区的农村集体产权制度改革研究提供了新视角。民族地区通过农村集体产权制度改革，促进少数民族群众劳动权、文化权和经济权利的有效保护。在民族地区施行农村集体产权制度改革，能够实现将少数民族群众组织起来、团结起来的目标，进而维护统一多民族国家的民族团结。民族地区的农村集体产权制度改革，是夯实铸牢中华民族共同体意识的经济基础、构筑各民族共有精神家园以及促进各民族交往交流交融的重要举措。
Rights Protection,National Unity and Strengthening a Sense of Identity of the Chinese Nation——The Triple Logic System-Reform of Rural Collective Property Rights in Ethnic Regions
