Marx's thought of"human emancipation"contains a philosophical turn from"quasi-subject noumenon""practice noumenon"to"social relations noumenon",which is the ideological core and fundamental value appeal of Marxism.An insight into the"middle ground"and logical extension of Hegel's and Marx's thoughts shows that Marx challenged the ideological control of Hegel's Philosophy of law.In the Introduction to Hegel's Critique of the Philosophy of Right,Mar-x initially outlined the logical thinking of"Man's liberation",that is,to reveal the ideological struggle pointed to by the"religious problem"and the domination of the church's agents over the people.This paper expounds that the key point of reality criticism is to defend the supreme essence of man with"true philosophy"and proletarian power,and finally move towards"universal human liberation".The generation of this logic line not only cuts into the essence of religious criticism and realistic criticism,but also clarifies the inevitability of the thought of"man's liberation"at the theoretical level,and constitutes an important reference for the theory of"man's liberation"from the per-spective of political philosophy.
