Research on the coupling and Coordination of Urbanization and Water Eco-Environment in Conserved Water-Area of the South-to-North Water Diversion Project——Taking Ankang City as an Example
The comprehensive evaluation index system of urbanization level and water ecological environment in water conservation ar-ea was constructed,the water diversion time of the South-to-North Water diversion project was taken as the analysis node,and the cou-pling degree model and coupling coordination degree model were used to explore the coupling and coordinated evolution characteristics of urbanization and water ecological environment in Ankang City from 2008 to 2020,water conservation area of the middle route project,and analyze the response relationship to the south-to-north water diversion project.The main results are:(1)the urbanization develop-ment index of Ankang City showed an upward trend during the study period,and the annual average evolution index of urbanization in-creased by 0.04 compared with before the opening of the middle route Project;(2)the comprehensive development index of water ecolo-gy and environment of Ankang City fluctuated greatly due to factors such as the uncertainty of water resources during the study period,and the multi-year average value of the index increased by 36.85%from 2015 to 2020 after the middle line project was opened.(3)Dur-ing the study period,the urbanization and water ecological environment of Ankang City were basically in a high-level coupling stage,and the coupling coordination degree of the two increased from 0.44 to 0.84 in 2020,and changed from bordering imbalance to barely coordinated and slightly coordinated,and finally achieved good coordination.The research results reveal the coupling evolution charac-teristics of urbanization and water ecological environment in Ankang City and its response relationship to the water diversion operation of the middle route project,which provides a reference for cities in water conservation areas to further strengthen the protection of water ecological environment and high-quality development.
