Research on the Influencing Factors of Students'Innovation and Entrepreneurship Intention in Local Applied Undergraduate Colleges
This paper conducts a questionnaire survey on students from local application-oriented colleges and universities as case studies and applies the Logistic Regression Analysis Model to analyze the influencing factors of willingness to innovate and start busi-ness.The results show that the willingness of male students is higher than that of female students,that of urban students is higher than that of rural students,and that of art students is the highest among all subjects.Satisfaction with education about the value of innovation and entrepreneurship can enhance the willingness to innovate and start a business,and the lack of experience and social relations is the reason for the low willingness.Based on the above research results,the following countermeasures and suggestions are put forward:pay attention to the cultivation of innovative thinking,improve the understanding of innovation and entrepreneurship;do a good job of inter-preting the policy of returning home to start a business,and build a collaborative service mechanism for students returning home to start a business;strengthen the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship teachers,improve the satisfaction of innovation and entrepre-neurship education;enrich students'practical experience in innovation and entrepreneurship by having competitions about innovation and entrepreneurship;strengthen teaching reform and stimulate innovation and entrepreneurship among science and technology students.
