Exploration into the Development of Higher Education in the New Era
This study reviews the development process of China's higher education since the reform and opening up.The development of China's higher education industry has roughly gone through three stages:elitism,popularization,and diversification,which lay a sol-id foundation and talent guarantee for the rapid development of China's social economy.On the basis of analyzing the achievements and difficulties in the development of higher education in China over the past 40 years,this paper analyzes the development path of strengthening higher education in the new era,and proposes the requirements to adhere to the socialist direction of talent cultivation in higher education,build a high-quality team of university teachers,and construct an innovative talent cultivation system based on under-graduate studies.
