Response surface method was used to optimize microwaves assisted extraction of polysaccharide from Poria sclerotium. On the basis of single factor experiment,Box-Behnken experiment design and response surface analysis were used to study the effects of solid-liquid ratio,pH value, microwave power, extraction time and extraction times on the extraction yield of Poria polysaccharide. The results showed that the optimal extraction process was as follows:liquid-solid ratio 28.3:1,pH6.8,microwave power 548W,extraction time 2.2min,extractiòn times 2 times.Under these conditions, the extraction yield was 3.04%,and the relative error between the extrac-tion yield and the predicted value was 3.06%was less than 5%.The extraction parameters obtained by this method are reliable and can provide technical reference for the industrial production of poria polysaccharide.
