Construction and Comprehensive Measurement of the Index System with Resilience of Digital Village Governance in Hunan
Based on the concept of resilience development,the connotation characteristics of digital rural governance resilience were in-terpreted,and a five-dimensional digital rural governance resilience index system was constructed.Based on the panel data of 14 prefec-ture-level cities(prefectures)in Hunan Province from 2013 to 2022,the resilience index of digital village governance was measured and analyzed.The results show that the resilience index of digital rural governance in Hunan Province from 2013 to 2022 shows a relatively stable improvement trend,but there are differences.The hotspot areas mainly include the core area of Chang-zhu-tan,and the resilience index of digital rural governance in other local areas is relatively low.Therefore,based on the rural spatial system of Hunan,we should fully explore the traction role of digital technology,and adopt digital rural governance countermeasures according to local needs,so as to jointly promote the orderly improvement of the resilience of rural governance in Hunan.
