The Essential Connotation,Ideological Origin and Path of Cultivation in the Unique Spirit of Educators in China
China's unique educator spirit is the common spiritual portrayal of outstanding teachers and educators in the new era.It is the external representation and practical pursuit of the inner spiritual qualities of outstanding teachers and educators.China s unique educator spirit is rich in connotation and is a comprehensive requirement for teachers'thoughts and practices in the new era.Among them,rational belief and moral sentiment are the essential attributes of the educator's spirit,the wisdom of educating people and the atti-tude of hard work are the key capabilities of the educator's spirit,and the heart of benevolence and the pursuit of morality are the last-ing driving force of the educator's spirit.From the perspective of ideological origins,China's unique educator spirit inherits the ex-cellent traditional teacher culture of the Chinese nation,and is the latest practical and theoretical achievements of the Communist Party of China's leadership in teacher work.To carry forward the spirit of educators,we must strengthen the ideological and political educa-tion of teachers and stimulate the endogenous motivation to carry forward the spirit of educators.We must base ourselves on the actual situation of each school,adhere to the practice-oriented philosophies,and cultivate the spirit of educators by telling the stories of out-standing teachers and educators,practicing the school's own management culture,and giving full play to the advantages and character-istics of the disciplines.
