In the professional certification of teachers,experts pay attention to the role of teaching-theory teachers in the cognition of subject attributes,the training of teaching methods,and the contact with primary and secondary schools.Through the investigation of the implementation of teaching theory courses in 7 local colleges and universities in Shaanxi province,it is found that there are some com-mon problems,such as the lack of practice in middle school before work,the disconnection between"three classes"and basic educa-tion in work,and the lack of special policies for promotion of professional titles after work.On the basis of this,the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the teaching-theory teachers to play the functions of"teachers'teacher"and"multiple roles".
